This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Applicants will be evaluated and placed in a level from 2-5 based off their experience and customer feedback after multiple assessments. The officer shall demonstrate the following capabilities:Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leadsDraft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectivesEngage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitationConduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to relevant customer components through various written reports and briefingsLeverage customer collection platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of tactical and operational objectivesCreate, review, and process all-source intelligence, demonstrating the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reporting across all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data)QualificationsLevel 2Three (3) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeTradecraft‑related work experienceD emonstrated ability to research and analyzeProficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer missionExperience related to intelligence research and targeting workActive security clearance with appropriate polygraphLevel 3Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeTradecraft‑related work experienceD emonstrated ability to research and analyzeProficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer missionExperience related to intelligence research and targeting workActive security clearance with appropriate polygraphLevel 4Twelve (12) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeTradecraft‑related work experienceD emonstrated ability to research and analyzeProficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer missionExperience related to intelligence research and targeting workActive security clearance with appropriate polygraphLevel 5Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeTradecraft‑related work experienceD emonstrated ability to research and analyzeProficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer missionExperience related to intelligence research and targeting workActive security clearance with appropriate polygraphFive (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degreeDesired QualificationsCertification in sponsor basic tradecraft coursesPosition requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph#J-18808-Ljbffr
