PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known Dispatching Facility in Taunton, MA. We are now hiring Dispatcher who are team players, versatile, and dependable! Dispatcher Job Summary $22.25 Schedule Option 1 Shift time: 4:45 AM 3:00 PM (10-hour shifts) Days: 4 days per week Possible workdays: o TuesdayFriday OR WednesdaySaturday Schedule Option 2 Shift time: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Days: o Work: Tuesday, Wednesday o Off: Thursday o Work: Friday, Saturday Note: Could expand to 5 days per week if needed Communicate effectively with drivers and installers to ensure on-time delivery to last-mile customers Coordinate with schedulers and warehouse personnel to verify accurate staging, delivery, and removal of freight Sort, organize, and prepare all delivery documentation and paperwork Utilize routing software to dispatch, track, and communicate with drivers Assist drivers and customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving delivery challenges while providing excellent customer service Report and communicate any incidents or accidents to the Corporate Safety team and appropriate operations staff Notify customers and clients of cancelled or rescheduled deliveries in a timely manner Perform additional duties as assigned Dispatcher Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
