This is not a "set it and forget it" scheduling job. You'll own the board in real time making decisions that impact revenue, technician efficiency, and customer experience every single day.

Own and manage the daily schedule in ServiceTitan

Dispatch the right technician to the right call based on skill, location, and opportunity

Adjust the board throughout the day to maximize productivity and revenue

Communicate clearly with customers regarding ETAs and changes

Support technicians in the field to keep jobs running smoothly

Ensure jobs are completed, rescheduled properly, and closed out accurately

Experience dispatching in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar software

Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills

Clear, professional communication with customers and field teams

A proactive mindset you stay ahead of problems, not behind them

Able to work on-site in Austin, Texas

Comfortable making outbound customer calls

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer

Active work authorization in the U.S.

Schedule will include one weekend day on a regular basis

Preferred: Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well

Preferred: High School or better.

Required: Minimum of 1 year experience as a dispatcher or customer service rep handling multiple lines and customer calls.

Preferred: Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software
