Railroad Transportation Coordinator
This is a fast-paced, in-office position coordinating the transportation of railroad personnel.
Hallcon is a mobility and infrastructure services company focused on turnkey solutions for clients such as technology companies, manufacturers, railroads, universities, corporate business parks, hospitals, airports, public transportation agencies and more.
The Company provides essential transportation services including multi-mode operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology, analytics and business intelligence, maintenance, cleaning, and rider experience measurement.
Nights A Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM Sunday, Monday, Tuesday; alternate Wednesday
Night Shift Pay: $17.30 /hour (+1.50 for a base of $18.80)

Responsibilities
- Ensure driver trips are covered in a timely manner
- Escalate issues to customer or field operations when needed
- Ensure accuracy of trips taken and provide assistance as needed
- Update systems timely and accurately
- Professionally coordinate with all Field Management
- All other job duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
To perform this position successfully, attendance is critical. There's no time like the present, and no substitute for being present.
- Good typing and 10-key skills
- Good phone customer service skills
- Able to work In-Office
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 6 months dispatching or customer service experience preferred
