Dispatch Team Position

We are seeking applicants for our dispatch team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with schedules of technicians in order to prioritize service calls as needed for maximum efficiency in getting the right technicians to the most appropriate calls in the most time effective manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, sales, or related fields
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends on a rotation
- Must be willing and able to handle high call volume, especially in peak hours and busy season both inbound and outbound calls
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to commit to supporting the department as a team player
- Service Titan experience highly sought!
- Ability to build rapport with technicians and clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in stressful situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
