The Targeting Officer shall demonstrate the following capabilities:Review and analyze specialized data for intelligence leadsDraft comprehensive targeting packages to support client objectivesEngage diverse stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads for exploitationConduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate pertinent data to relevant customer components through various written reports and briefings.Leverage customer collection platforms to identify and mitigate intelligence gaps in support of tactical and operational objectives.Create, review, and process all‑source intelligence, demonstrating the ability to conduct research, analysis, and reporting across all disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, and technical data).Level 5Twenty (20) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degreeTradecraft‑related work experienceD emonstrated ability to research and analyzeProficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer missionExperience related to intelligence research and targeting workFive (5) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a college degreePosition requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph#J-18808-Ljbffr
