Security Officer

Position Overview: The Security Officer is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors. The role involves monitoring premises, enforcing policies, and responding to incidents calmly and professionally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Patrol client facilities to prevent safety hazards, theft, or disturbances.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established procedures.
- Maintain accurate and legible reports and daily activity logs.
- Utilize intermediate computer skills for site-specific technology.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and staff.
- Follow all company and client security policies and procedures.
- Remain composed and make sound decisions during crisis situations.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid State of Texas Non-Commissioned Level II Security License required.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass background investigation and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
- Knowledge of security operations and standard practices preferred.
Schedule:
Thursday - Monday
1500 - 2300 (2nd Shift)
