Duties

You will control access and departures of vehicles and pedestrians in controlled areas to prevent unauthorized access.

You will direct vehicles and pedestrian traffic during periods of emergency or increased traffic.

You will assist personnel during an emergency situation (e.g., accidents, drills, fire, natural disasters, motor vehicle or industrial accidents, political demonstrations, hostage or terrorist situations) to protect the safety of life and property.

You will perform and resolve a full range of both standard procedural and non-recurring/unusual visitor access assignments including researching and accessing databases in accordance with federal and state laws.
