Security/ Badge Entitlements Specialist
Contract: 6-9 months duration
Location: Kenosha County, WI
Work Environment: On-site, standard work hours
Role Summary
ASI is seeking a Security and Badge Entitlements Specialist to remediate and align the Kenosha County site's physical access control system with our client's security standards. The acquired site carries a legacy pharmaceutical access entitlements database that does not conform to current client's access management policies. This role will perform a systematic audit, remediation, and hand off of the access control system to the client's standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
•Audit existing badge access entitlements database inherited from the acquired Pharmaceutical; document current state vs. client's quality standards
•Identify and remediate unauthorized, outdated, or incorrectly assigned access permissions
•Align area access classifications and entitlement categories with client's site access control policy
•Coordinate with HR, Security, and site leadership to validate appropriate access levels by role/function
•Update access control system records and produces documentation supporting Lilly compliance requirements
•Draft or revise SOPs and work instructions for ongoing access entitlement management post-remediation
•Produce a final access entitlements report and hand off package to the site Security function
Requirements
Required Qualifications
•2-5 years of experience administering physical access control systems in a regulated or secure facility
•Familiarity with electronic access control platforms (Lenel, Genetec, Software House, or equivalent)
•Experience conducting access entitlement audits and remediating legacy access databases
•Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive access information with discretion
•Ability to work cross-functionally with HR, Security, and Operations stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
•Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other FDA-regulated facility environments
•Familiarity with large-pharma site security standards
•Background in legacy site acquisition or post-merger security integration
•Knowledge of GxP documentation requirements as they apply to access control records
