Job Title: Traffic Control Flagger
Location: Various job sites throughout Washington State

Job Description:
We are hiring certified Traffic Control Flaggers to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic around active work zones such as construction sites, road repairs, utilities, schools, and special events. Flaggers help maintain safe traffic flow using signs, stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios while ensuring the safety of workers and the public.

Job Description:

- Direct and control traffic through work zones
- Set up and maintain temporary traffic control areas and detours
- Communicate clearly with drivers, crew members, and supervisors
- Monitor traffic conditions and identify safety hazards
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Current Washington State Traffic Control Flagger certification (required)
- Must provide required PPE: hard hat, safety vest, stop/slow paddle, flagging pole, and radio
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to various job sites
