Serves and executes warrants and other processes issued for the Municipal Court. Requires:Certified Peace Officer Certification Essential Functions Serve and execute warrants;Arrest persons; explain their legal rights and take them into custody;Refer to local directories and contact various public agencies, utility companies, and merchants in attempting to locate subjects;Maintain records and files;Return prisoners from out-of-town to enter pleas in court;Transport arrestees from other agencies;Perform related duties as directed.
