We are now accepting applications for current Firefighter openings and the hiring eligibility list. We are now accepting lateral transfers!Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.)Possess and maintain a valid driver's licenseBe a U.S. citizenBe at least 18 years oldPossess a valid CPAT certification at time of hireMust be either Nationally Registered or State of Wisconsin EMT certified, and Firefighter I certified, OR be Nationally Registered or State of Wisconsin EMT and Paramedic certified at time of hire with the requirement to train within the department to Firefighter I and II certifications within one year after hire dateCandidate must be currently employed as a full-time career firefighter to be considered for a lateral transfer.Wage Range: $57,632.56 to $76,460.38* annual base pay; additional compensation includes holiday, paramedic, education, and specialty pays, plus excellent fringe benefits (including tuition reimbursement)! *2024 wagesApplication Deadline: Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Interviews expected to take place July 16, 2026. Candidates will be notified via email if selected to interview.
