PalAmerican Security - Opening for Highly Skilled Armed Security GuardWe are currently hiring full-time Armed Security Officers with availability Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must have a valid Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC), their own MA-compliant firearm, and duty belt. Strong communication and de-escalation skills are required, along with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.Job SummaryAs an Armed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security and safety of the assigned site. Your duties will include regular patrols, enforcing rules and regulations, responding to emergencies, engaging with the public, monitoring CCTV, and keeping accurate incident reports.Maintain the security and safety of the assigned site through regular patrols.Actively enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.Respond to emergency situations and provide security assistance.Engage with the public to offer assistance and directions.Monitor closed‑circuit television for potential issues.Maintain a physical presence within the facility as a visible deterrent to illegal activity.Provide superior customer care to enhance the facility's atmosphere.Keep accurate logs and write detailed incident reports.Prevent unauthorized access to the area and items within.Required Skills & AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Must be 21 years old.Must have a valid armed license where required.Strong commitment to the well‑being of others.Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in using computer systems and applications.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent.At least one year of related experience.Active Armed Security license.Valid Driver's License.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting and/or standing for up to 4 hours.Foot patrol and ability to lift up to 15 pounds.Must stay alert at all times.#J-18808-Ljbffr
