The selected candidate will support software and electronic systems development efforts through troubleshooting, integration, testing, and technical analysis activities supporting advanced SIGINT and related engineering systems.Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:Develop and support software system testing procedures, programming, and technical documentationAnalyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environments, interfaces with other systems, internal and external controls, and system outputsAssist in analyzing feasibility, costs, timelines, and compatibility with hardware and existing software systemsSupport software development and troubleshooting activities utilizing one or more programming languages within Unix, Windows, Linux operating environmentsSupport integration, installation, troubleshooting, repair, testing, and maintenance activities for electronic and software systemsAssist with system documentation, testing procedures, and operational support activitiesCandidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience: High School Diploma or equivalentFive (5)+ years of progressive experience supporting production, integration, installation, repair, troubleshooting, or maintenance of electronic systems or equipmentThree (3)+ years of full-time professional hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, repairing, and/or testing of major systems or equipmentExperience supporting Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) systems or related electronic/software systems environmentsExperience with one or more programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Python, JavaScript, and/or other object-oriented programming languagesFamiliarity with Unix, Windows, Linux operating systemsFamiliarity with Docker and Kubernetes, or other similar containerization/software orchestration toolsExperience developing web-based applications, preferably using Angular, React, .Net, or other frameworksAbility to troubleshoot hardware, software, and integrated systemsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skillsAbility to quickly learn and apply new programming/testing/troubleshooting skills and techniques, and adapt within a dynamic development environmentThe selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment third-party background check which may include verification of any of the following: Employment history; Education and/or certifications; Criminal history; Driving Records; Other records or information related to the candidate's suitability for the position.Benefits Offered: WR offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off, Company Paid Holidays, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Flexible Spending Account, Employee Assistance Program, and Tuition Reimbursement.WR is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
