This is a 3rd shift position.SummaryEnsures the safety of tribal assets through constant observation of all assigned areas.ResponsibilitiesProvides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency.Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities.Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types.Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment.Maintains and promotes professionalism.Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics.Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards.Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area.Prepares incident reports to establish video evidence and performs frequent audits to protect the Chickasaw Nation's employees and assets.Updates and reviews current list of barred and banned individuals ensuring strict compliance.Operates a closed‑circuit television system to monitor gaming and money‑handling activity to ensure proper procedures are followed.Performs all other duties as assigned.CompetenciesEssentialAble to follow instructions, both written and oral.Able to adhere to all scheduling and attendance requirements.Focus on a single task for prolonged periods of time.Honesty, truthfulness, reliability, accountability.Able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of Chickasaw Nation, departmental, divisional and all other rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.Define problems, collect data and establish facts.Able to verbally communicate in a professional and positive manner with other team members, departments, guests and management.Prepares role specific reports.SkillsEssentialMust be familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.Accurately type 25 words per minute.ExperienceEssentialNo prior experience required.EducationEssentialHigh School, GED or Equivalent.CredentialsEssentialPass gaming background check.Pass Blackjack Test with 70 or higher.Gaming license or permit as required by assigned position.Working ConditionsEssentialMay work where cigarette smoking occurs.Bright and flashing lights.Potential exposure to blue and/or white light.Communications phone, computer.Communications written, verbal.Interacts with clinical, support, technical, professional or management staff in a variety of settings and situations.Pass pre‑employment drug test.Use computer up to 100% of shift.Manual dexterity.Operate normal office equipment.Sitting up to 100% of shift.Constantly work in small or cramped areas.Visual acuity for detail, distance, color, depth perception.May work day shift.May work evening shift.May work holidays.May work night shift.May be on‑call.May work rotating shifts.May work weekend shift.TrainingIt is the responsibility of each employee to attend required training for their position or profession as determined by their line of support (LOS) or the leadership of the Chickasaw Nation.
