Position Overview SIGINT Curriculum Developer – Assist in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community training capabilities. Execute training strategies and learning concepts, produce advanced hands‑on training solutions, and collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders.Responsibilities Assist with training development functions and analyze Department of Defense and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions to legacy curriculum material.Work with key stakeholders to embed training initiatives across institutional, operational, and self‑development domains.Execute implementation of training strategies and learning concepts.Collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues.Build critical training materials for advanced learners to grow their skills.Utilize operational experience to foster a learning team environment.Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Cryptologic Technician (CTR).3+ years of experience as a curriculum developer.Experience creating performance-based technical training with practical applications and assessments to measure trainee performance and knowledge retention.Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content.Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents used in task‑based curriculum development.Knowledge of learning tools, modalities, and measurement tools or methods for evaluating instruction effectiveness.Ability to select teaching methods appropriate for the course audience.Strong interpersonal communication skills with civilian and military personnel, including verbal briefings, listening techniques, and written materials such as technical reports.TS/SCI clearance required.HS diploma or GED.Security Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.Compensation Projected compensation range: $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD).Equal Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to disability, status as a protected veteran or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, local, or international law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
