Requisition #: 1537 Job Title: Watchfloor Intelligence Analyst Location: McLean, VA Required Clearance: Top Secret / CI Poly Job Description Assists in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting intelligence from various sources to support security and operational objectives. Conducts basic research, compiles reports, and identifies emerging trends or threats under supervision. Supports intelligence briefings and contributes to risk and threat assessments. Requires foundational knowledge of intelligence analysis methodologies. This position will be seven (7) 12-hour shifts that repeat every two (2) weeks. 2 Days On-3 Days Off-2 Days On-2 Days Off-3 Days On-2 Days Off. Education and Years of Experience Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 0 - 2 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required. Required Skills Active TS/SCI clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph Strong analytical and research skills Possess a bachelor's degree in a business-related field or national security or higher from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of experience may be substituted for degree. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications to include Access and Outlook. Skill in following procedures and paying attention to detail. Demonstrated oral communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team environment. Demonstrated high level of written communication skills and ability to effectively review own and peer's work products for formatting, grammar, and contextual errors. Preferred Skills Active federal law enforcement CI polygraph Experience supporting federal law enforcement, intelligence community, or national security missions Experience working in multi-agency environments Familiarity with analytical databases and intelligence research tools Experience working in operational or shift-based mission environments Working Conditions The employee will work in a climate-controlled office environment performing desk-based duties.
