What You'll Do:
- Provide a courteous and visible presence while ensuring the safety of our campus
- Patrol building interiors and exterior grounds, proactively identifying and addressing concerns
- Respond to incidents professionally and with sound judgment
- Maintain accurate records and reports of all activity and follow standard protocols
- Monitor and uphold all access, visitor and sign-in procedures
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents, staff and guests
- Assist with emergencies or evacuations and report issues to appropriate leadership
- Support the overall well-being of our community through strong situational awareness
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid and clear driver's license
- Successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
- Previous security, safety or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure
- A service-oriented mindset and commitment to supporting a safe, respectful environment
