Project Consultant
And Still We Rise, LLC, is a consulting practice located in Boston, MA and Bellevue, WA. We are looking for Consultants to join our team! We are a just and equitable practice that values community, critical consciousness, decolonizing mental healthcare, and providing quality consulting services. We work with local governments, and other private and public organizations to further inclusion and belonging efforts, provide support to marginalized members, or reckon with events of racism, bias, or violence. We actively work to create an environment with opportunities for mentoring, learning, and advancement.
Consultant Responsibilities:
- Work with our team of Consultants on projects that are within your scope of interest/specialty.
- Assist in the process of developing major partner deliverables, including writing and editing reports as well as presentations for partners.
- Facilitate events, presentations, groups as needed for project.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Consultant Requirements:
- Expertise in behavioral issues, disabilities, LGBTQIA2+ matters, and BIPoC concerns within schools
- Must have a passion for social justice and liberation focused work
- Training in group facilitation or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a consultant or related field
- Must be able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to growing
This will require projects that are in person and remote, working as a project based independent contractor (1099).
