HL7 FHIR implementation experience is a must.
Understand healthcare data, including clinical data in both proprietary and industry standard formats (HL7)
Ability to perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from source system to FHIR data model.
Able to map and implement data standards such as SNOMED CT, RXNorm, LOINC, UCUM, ICD, CPT, CVX etc
Understand the dirtiness of clinical data and seek out ways to improve conformance and quality.
Solicit, clarify business level requirements and analyze data requirements.
FHIR, PostgreSQL, EPIC EMR, Agile Methodology, Active Listening.
