JD: Work with Business on Requirement Gathering. Do fit gap analysis Designs and oversees IBM Maximo solutions, ensuring system architecture, integration and performance meet business needs Peer Review implemented solutions/defect fix Lead implementation, customization, and provide technical guidance for scalability and compliance Should have 8+ years of Maximo EAM (MAS 8 or 9) experience with good knowledge of key modules like Work and Asset Management, Inventory etc Utilities industry experience a plus Good knowledge of integrations and sql database Top Skills: Maximo EAM, Integrations, Utilities Domain Knowledge
