Federal T&E Cross Functional Analyst

Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward-thinking Federal T&E Cross Functional Analyst with a passion for business transformation for a Federal client in the Washington, DC area. Join our team and be part of utilizing best in industry technologies to deliver and support applications for the Federal workforce. Our team leverages the concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) in our own work as well as the value we bring to the client. The successful candidate will be a part of a talented team working on an influential and challenging project. Duties and Responsibilities: The Federal T&E Cross Functional Analyst will join our team to support the program management and delivery of a government-wide travel & expense system acquisition and implementation initiative for a federal client using a single instance implemented at Agencies throughout the Federal workspace. This role will help define travel and expense services requirements and performance metrics, implementation planning, testing, transition, and Operations and Maintenance. An awareness of relevant Federal policies, T&E Federal Integrated Business Framework standards, research and fact-finding is especially useful for this position, and an understanding of applicable T&E commercial and Federal services is essential. Other duties may include but may not limited to: Perform analysis of business and user needs, validate that business process services meet those needs, and assesses performance to defined requirements and performance metrics Support the development and maintenance of business modeling, process modeling, and service configuration design documents for the client initiative. Conduct assessment of current and future state needs and related gap analyses, providing corrective action, as applicable. Prepares user stories, evaluation, and test scenarios, support validation and user testing requirements. Document requirements, update process models, and provide inputs to project deliverables. Support change management and transition requirements and performance metrics for the Program Office's enterprise-wide service delivery with a focus on mitigating risks and simplifying customer engagement information needs for successful Initial Operating Capability (IOC) to Full Operating Capability (FOC) milestones. Support the team's cross-functional efforts including recommendations for working groups needed to facilitate the transition from IOC to FOC. Support the team's development and maintenance of documents including contract deliverables, acquisition and stakeholder artifacts, team knowledge management, customer experience, governance and customer working group documents, etc.
