Policy Analyst - Senior with Security Clearance

What Impact You'll Have: We are seeking a Senior Policy Analyst to support enterprise-level governance, business operations, and strategic planning efforts across the Intelligence Community. This role will lead process improvement initiatives, policy development, and executive-level analysis supporting mission modernization and operational excellence. What You'll Be Owning: * Lead policy development, strategic planning, and business process improvement initiatives. * Develop executive-level briefings, reports, and strategic recommendations. * Coordinate cross-functional projects and stakeholder engagements. * Analyze organizational metrics and operational data to identify process improvements. * Support governance forums, continuity planning, and mission assurance initiatives. * Mentor junior personnel and support leadership decision-making. What You Must Have: * Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph. * 12+ years of experience in business analysis, policy operations, program management, or related field. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field. * Experience supporting IC or DoD mission operations. * Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and enterprise collaboration tools. What Would Be Nice to Have: * Experience with Six Sigma, ITIL, or process improvement methodologies. * PMP or related program management certification. * Experience supporting continuity, risk, or governance programs.
