Traffic Flagger (NOT FLAGGER FORCE)
Full-Time | $16/HR | 50+ hrs available

We are hiring reliable and safety-focused Flaggers to support active construction projects throughout the Lancaster County area. This is a full-time on-going opportunity with strong hours and room for growth.
Additional Details
  • Pay: $16/hour
  • Orientation/Training held in: Reading
  • Projects located in: Lancaster County
  • Opportunity to advance into higher-level roles based on experience, leadership ability, and performance
  • Must have valid DL with own transportation
  • Carpooling available once trained
Job Duties
  • Direct and control traffic flow through construction zones
  • Use signs, hand signals, and communication devices to safely guide drivers
  • Set up and break down traffic control equipment (cones, barricades, signage)
  • Maintain a safe work environment for crews, drivers, and pedestrians
  • Stay alert to changing traffic patterns and job site conditions
  • Communicate clearly with team members and site supervisors
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license (REQUIRED)
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in outdoor conditions
  • Strong attention to safety and situational awareness
  • Must be dependable and punctual
