As an Security Officer, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests, staff, and performers.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to guests, clients, and vendors.
- Conducting bag checks and screening procedures.
- Monitoring venue activity and maintaining a secure environment.
- Responding professionally to incidents and emergencies.
- Observing, documenting, and reporting security concerns.
- Enforcing venue policies and procedures.
- Representing Elite Security & Staffing with professionalism and integrity.
Successful candidates are:
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
- Strong communicators with excellent judgment.
- Able to remain calm and confident in fast-paced environments.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Active Tennessee Security Guard License.
- Dallas Law Training certification.
- Ability to provide required identification and licensing documentation.
- Part-time opportunities available.
- Morning availability strongly preferred.
- Must be flexible and dependable, as schedules are based on event needs.
- Minimum requirements- No visible tattoos on face, neck or hands.
