Navy Class Standard Equipment Analyst

This Navy Class Standard Equipment (CSE) Analyst position will be on a dynamic team, working on a new construction ship program at our Washington D.C. location. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our military defense and safety of our sailors. Serco is seeking a candidate with a broad range of business acumen to help coordinate Class Standard Equipment solutions for the DDG 51 class ships and coordinate with stakeholders across the Navy Enterprise. In this role, you will:
- Understand and support the DDG 51 CSE Change Process.
- Develop synopsis of technical and cost details in CSE changes.
- Review contractual documentation for accuracy.
- Coordinate meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Archive purchase orders and change documentation.
- Developing, maintaining, and tracking CSE and NCSE AP baseline.
- Assisting and providing inputs to AFEBs, QERs, ad-hoc data calls.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Interim Secret security clearance.
- A Bachelor's degree (4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
- 7+ years' work experience in Navy/Government support or similar.
- Critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- The ability to plan and coordinate individual assignments.
- The ability to collaborate in a virtual environment with team members in multiple locations.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
Additional desired experience and skills:
- Must be detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
