ServiceNow Designer 2, TS/SCI Security Clearance Required, Suitland, MD
We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Designer 2 for a great opportunity in Suitland, MD. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this opening. This position is 100% onsite and not open for remote or hybrid.
ServiceNow Designer 2 Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the requirements then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of ServiceNow to design an optimal solution that supports the business process that meets or exceeds functional requirements.
- Responsible for developing business processes, gathering requirements and developing stories.
- Provide process flow and other required system documentation.
- Build a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and lead them to adoption of the best solution.
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensure that all business and design requirements are met.
- May also assist and sometimes lead test plan development and execution.
- Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by providing information on the "to be" solution.
ServiceNow Designer 2 Qualifications:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis for system design, system architecture, business technical architecture, business system requirements definition, or similar.
- 6+ months experience working in ServiceNow.
- Training to include ServiceNow Fundamentals.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this opening.
