We're currently seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic service team. This is a key position responsible for managing the flow of work through the shop, maximizing productivity, and ensuring our customers' vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, efficiency, and availability
Monitor shop workflow to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Department
Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
Ensure all MPI and video inspection processes are completed properly
Track vehicle status and update advisors on progress or delays
Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area
Support shop leadership in meeting productivity, CSI, and efficiency goals
Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive service dispatching or shop coordination preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of repair order flow, warranty processes, and technician time management
Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software a plus
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday rotation
Employment Position: Full Time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 Yearly
Salary is negotiable.
