StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm | 4 clinic days with 1 operating room day each week
• Practice Setting: Outpatient and Inpatient
• Types of Cases: General Urology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MediTech/Athena
• Certifications required: Must be American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery – Urological Surgery certified, must have Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
• License required: Active Michigan license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required
