Overview Key Role: Serve as a technical SIGINT operator delivering direct, mission-critical collection support to a client conducting high-impact national security operations. Operate, configure, and optimize SIGINT collection systems; execute precision tasking and collection against priority targets; and transform raw signals data into actionable insights that enable real-time operational decision-making. Partner closely with other mission stakeholders to build and execute technical collection strategies, deconflict operations, and close priority intelligence gaps. Work is onsite in the Washington Metropolitan Area and performed in a rotational shift environment.Responsibilities Note: Responsibilities are encompassed in the overview above.Basic Qualifications Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (Full Scope preferred)5+ years of relevant SIGINT collection/operations experience within the Intelligence Community or U.S. militaryKnowledgeable in ground or airborne SIGINT collection operations, to include RF fundamentals, antennas, modulation types, and SIGINT sensor taskingStrong knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and associated tooling (e.g., SDRs, receivers, direction-finding suites, signal recorders, processing and exploitation tools)Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard IC software toolsExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to brief teammates and leadershipMilitary background or equivalent operational experienceAbility to work rotational shift work – sample calendar to be providedBA or BS degree (Direct relevant and military experience may be applied in lieu of a degree)Additional Qualifications Experience with law enforcement, military, or U.S. government intelligence componentsExperience working in an Operations Center or real-time mission environmentDemonstrated ability to work as part of a small, high-performing team under time-sensitive conditionsFamiliarity with all-source integration to inform tasking and increase collection efficacyClearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informationCADRE is proud of its emphasis on equality of opportunity for all applicants#J-18808-Ljbffr
