BT- 343 – ServiceNow Developer
Location- Chantilly, VA Bespoke Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. Please note candidate must work the core hours of 0900 to 1500 hours. Summary
The Sponsor provides the technologies and services that training providers need to engage the workforce, deliver learning, and make business decisions. The Sponsor's mission is to create an integrated learning enterprise that fosters and efficiently delivers high quality learning to our workforce. Sponsor teams maintain expertise in learning technologies, systems engineering, web design and web application development, software development, classroom IT support, registrar services, online delivery strategies, video production, and data analytics to achieve the mission. Required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience: • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ServiceNow, managing workflow processes
• ServiceNow: Provide O&M to their current ServiceNow applications/instance
• ServiceNow: Develop future applications through ServiceNow based on needs or requirements of groups the client supports
• ServiceNow: Create and modify Workflows, Catalog items (if used), and Record Producers
• ServiceNow: Also knowledge of developing and using Portals
• ServiceNow: Develop notifications and daily reports • ServiceNow: Create Business Rules, UI Polices, Client Scripts, and ACLs based on the needs of the client (JavaScript is the computer language)
• Familiarity with MySQL
• Familiarity with PHP Scripting • Demonstrated experience developing in an Agile environment
• Demonstrated experience tracking issues in JIRA
• Familiarity with systems installation and configuration support for Windows servers
• Familiarity with developing web application programming interfaces (API) • Familiarity with incorporating Infosec policies into requirements documentation Desired skills and demonstrated experiences: • Familiarity with relational database programming such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or other RDBMS
• Demonstrated knowledge of Sponsor technical systems, security procedures and processes
• Demonstrated experience providing briefings and briefing support on technical status of projects to office-level and group-level management
• Demonstrated experience as a strong communicator with the ability to speak to technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated experience using excellent interpersonal and team building skills to enhance partnerships with diverse customer base, contractors, service delivery partners, or other stakeholders
• Familiarity with either Linux or Windows operating environments
• Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented programming
• Demonstrated experience in the application of software project lifecycle principles including formal reviews and milestones
• Demonstrated experience with knowledge of Sponsor learning enterprise technologies, applications and organizational structure
• Demonstrated experience supporting a Sponsor schoolhouse.
