BigBear.ai is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst to conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. This position will be based out of Washington, D.C. or the greater National Capital Region (NCR). This is an opportunity to get in on the "ground level" of a new and exciting program with a critical Department of War (DoW) customer.
What you will do
- Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Fuse and evaluate intelligence and information from multiple disciplines (e.g., SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT) to produce comprehensive, timely, and accurate assessments.
- Identify, assess, and forecast regional or functional national security trends, threats, and developments relevant to customer priorities.
- Develop and deliver clear, concise written products and oral briefings to inform decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Support and contribute to Object Based Intelligence (OBI) production and related analytic frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including collectors, operators, and other intelligence disciplines, to refine analytic requirements and improve intelligence products.
- Maintain rigorous tradecraft standards, ensuring analytic products meet Intelligence Community (IC) standards for objectivity, source validation, and structured analytic techniques.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed, contributing to team development and program growth.
What you need to have
- Must possess a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in an intelligence discipline or STEM field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis
What we'd like you to have
- Current CI poly
- Master's degree in an intelligence discipline or STEM field
- At least 12 years of experience conducting all source analysis
- An additional 5 years of related senior experience may be substituted for a Master's degree
- Experience creating products for Object Based Intelligence purposes
- Experience within the DoW and/or US Intelligence Community
