Our customers trust us to protect their people, property, and products.Vanguard offers a highly competitive compensation and benefit package including PTO, paid holidays, and a 401K plan.Responsibilities and Duties Perform troubleshooting service, inspection, and repairs of fire sprinkler systemsRead blueprints for existing pipe layout and select equipment accommodations to complete the jobCommunicate with customers to understand system deficiencies and provide repair recommendationsDocument inspections, repairs, and deficienciesShare job information for follow-up quotes, questions, or concernsMaintain a safe work environment and comply with the company's safety protocolsRespond to service calls and participate in an on-call rotation that may require after-hours or weekend availabilityQualifications Previous experience in fire suppression and, optionally, fire alarm systems1–3 years of customer service experienceHigh School Diploma or GED requiredTrade school or apprenticeship preferredExcellent mechanical skills and ability to work from blueprintsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail in a physically demanding environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
