Mallory Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53221 (In person)Shift : First Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 6AM-3PM (36 hours, paid for 40)Our Dispatchers are central to the success of our operations, so we are looking for top individuals to bring a “can do” attitude with excellent customer service skills.Job Description: Receive and dispatch calls from customers, law enforcement agencies, etc. utilizing a computer dispatch system. Relay requests to drivers. Assist with route planning as needed. Keep accurate records of calls. Maintain contact with customers and drivers as needed for efficient call completion, safety of drivers and customers, and excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesAssign tows to drivers fairly and equitably for the most efficient service levels.Communicate all information regarding pickup, transit, and delivery to drivers.Maintain professional demeanor.Communicate professionally with all customers and staff. Good interpersonal skills, working well with a wide range of individuals.Manage customer service issues in real time in a professional manner.Complete paperwork and enter required data into computer as required.Comply with all company policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious dispatch experience or call center experience.Minimum of 3 – 5 years of Customer Service experience.Basic Computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented.Works well under pressure.BenefitsDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insurance#J-18808-Ljbffr
