Director, Talent Acquisition & Culture at the Senske Family of CompaniesImmediately hiring for Commercial Outside Sales Reps in the Seattle Market!POSITION SUMMARY: The Dispatcher is responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for our technicians and the company. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring all appointments and client requests are handled professionally. This position will require you to communicate across departments and with clients daily. You will be expected to communicate using multiple communication platforms including Phone, email, text and chat.ResponsibilitiesScheduling, rescheduling, canceling clients' appointments as neededSending mass messages to notify clients of service or due for next servicesCalling/ texting/ emailing a pre-notify message to our clients before next visitsAnswering/ phone availability throughout the shiftBack up and support of other routing positions in case of staff shortages or peak hoursCollaborate with team leaders, supervisors, and managers to identify and fill training gapsRun/ conduct intermittent training/ quizzes with supervisor to find the effectiveness of the training and processUtilize our CRM Software (Real Green)Stay up to date on company and branch practices and be able to effectively communicate our practices to other employees and/or clientsConstant communication and engagement with the team and department on all scheduling and routing related information/needsCorresponding by using all company platforms and mediums for communication throughout the workdayQualificationsPrevious experience in a dispatching or scheduling roleStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to prioritize and multi-taskStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft suiteWe OfferCompetitive pay and comprehensive benefits packageYour job is safe with us.
