We also hold the industry's most modern fleet with our tractors & trailers having an average age of 2.5 years.Benefits 401kPaid Time Off (PTO)Medical/Dental InsuranceLife InsuranceLOCATION: 5411 N Galena Road, Peoria Heights, IL 61616SHIFT: 8am - 6pm, Monday - FridaySALARY: $60,000-$75,000 + 10% quarterly bonus potentialIdeal Candidate Requirements Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment (preferably within the LTL industry)Strong leadership qualitiesDesire to surround customer with excellence in serviceHigh aptitude for technologyThe ability to multi-task while being detail orientedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, preferred but not requiredDuties include, but are not limited to: Relaying critical information between drivers and our vendors/Terminal ManagersReview and revise driver routes to increase efficiencies while monitoring a changing workloadBeing aware of freight that is in transitAssist and report issues that drivers face when they're on the road (i.e., flat tire)Ensure facility Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals are met and/or exceededMaintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standardsProvide support to a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers#J-18808-Ljbffr
