Benefits 401(k)Competitive salaryDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceVision insuranceWe are seeking experienced both Unarmed and Armed Security Guards to become an integral part of our team.Locations and Shifts We have several sites (locations) and several different shifts we are hiring for.The selected individual(s) will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons while on site.We are hiring several officers for all shifts.Sample Shifts Available 10am - 9pm7am - 3pm3pm - 9pm3pm - 11pmAvailability Must be available to work immediately and available for training - 30 day attendance probationary period, no tardy/late write ups or last minute call‑offs accepted during this time frame.Application Instructions Only serious inquiries will be considered.Responsibilities Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rulesThoroughly examine the area, sites, and facilities to ensure proper function and securityWarn violators of premise rules and regulationsReport any facility issues and violations to management and proper law enforcementRequest emergency personnel for high-risk situationsQualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields (preferred but not required)Must be current CPL Holder and have proper training and credentials trained for armed positionsFamiliarity with security equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to stand and be on your feet for up to 8-10 hours per shiftStrong attention to detailMust be able to pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation; prompt and consistent attendance is a mustJob Type and Compensation Job Type: Full-time.Starting Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour (Depending on Experience and Site Assignment can be higher; Armed Rates start higher, depending on experience and site assignment).Hours Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week.Application You can submit an online application on our website OR submit your resume to jackiel@vistapisecurity.com .#J-18808-Ljbffr
