Job Description Air SIGINT AnalystWork as an integral part of a dynamic team conducting critical intelligence collection operations with advanced collection systems. This ops team received one of the Intelligence Community's highest awards and was recognized as Team of the Year by Leidos.Research Intelligence databases, assemble, analyze and brief information in support of mission planning activities; monitor traffic and other real‑time Intelligence reporting, analyze changes to imminent threat situations, and craft/disseminate tailored critical and time‑sensitive information to support collection objectives.Participate in a selective multi‑discipline crew executing a sensitive collection program supporting national strategic objectives. Monitor multiple channels of classified and open‑source information to identify and assess airborne threats. Analyze strategic and real‑time emergent threats to facilitate the flow of critical information to relevant stakeholders.Coordinate and manage support from external elements for SIGINT tasking, collection, and production. Maintain positive working relationship with team members and support elements from across the Intelligence Community.Responsibilities Conduct intelligence collection operations with advanced collection systems.Research intelligence databases and assemble, analyze, and brief information for mission planning.Monitor traffic and real‑time intelligence reporting to assess imminent threat situations.Disseminate tailored critical and time‑sensitive information to support collection objectives.Participate in multi‑discipline crews executing sensitive collection programs.Monitor classified and open‑source information channels to identify airborne threats.Analyze emergent threats to support decision advantage intelligence.Coordinate and manage external support for SIGINT tasking and production.Qualifications Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (or additional relevant experience) and 4+ years supporting Intelligence operations, with at least 3 of those years working as a SIGINT Analyst.Desired Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or science fields.Required Skills: Proficient with standard SIGINT reporting tools and databases; experience fusing diverse intelligence reporting into a consolidated product; experience reporting threat and/or time‑critical intelligence; effective communication and briefing skills; ability to sort, compile, and analyze information from across multiple reporting domains; in‑depth knowledge of air operations tasking and prioritization; ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment; demonstrated ability to interface with Intelligence Community organizations.Desired Skills: Experience with geospatial tools such as Thresher, MIST, and SAVANT.Current/active TOP SECRET / SCI clearance is required with the ability to pass a polygraph examination; candidates who already possess a polygraph preferred.Shift work is required; the schedule is dynamic in nature.
