Reporting to our General Counsel, you will help safeguard our legal interests by providing expert legal advice, counsel, and services to internal business clients. You will draft and review corporate governance documents and contracts, deliver proactive legal guidance to personnel across all levels of the company, and manage legal projects.Additionally, you will manage relationships with outside counsel, developing and conducting legal and compliance training programs, and recommending and drafting company policies to promote a culture of integrity and compliance.
