This position ensures the effective execution of military structure, cadet discipline, leadership development, accountability systems, and the overall military lifestyle experience in support of the College's mission.The Senior Military Instructor develops and enforces standards that promote discipline, personal responsibility, character development, and leadership growth while fostering a positive, structured, and mission-focused cadet environment.
