The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and able to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service.Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage freight movements in an efficient and cost-effective manner.Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and drivers throughout the transportation process, from load assignment through final delivery.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, drivers, and internal stakeholders.Monitor active shipments to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while meeting customer expectations and performance standards.Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve transportation and service-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and ensure service excellence.Maintain accurate records and communicate updates regarding shipment status and delivery performance.Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.Proven relationship-building and interpersonal skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to quickly learn and utilize transportation and dispatch management software.Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or at least one year of experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or a related field.Strong communication skills across phone, email, and other electronic platforms.Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience is a plus.Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations preferred.Experience with electronic logging devices (ELDs/eLogs) is a plus.Experience in trucking, transportation, freight brokerage, or logistics operations preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
