Traffic Control Flagger - Full Time - Competitive Pay & Growth Opportunities!Job SummaryAs a Full‑Time Traffic Control Flagger, you will play a critical role in maintaining safe and efficient traffic flow in construction and work zones. You will be responsible for directing traffic, setting up and removing traffic control devices, and ensuring the safety of both workers and the public.ResponsibilitiesDirect traffic flow in construction and work zones using hand signals, flagger paddle, and work radios.Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barricades.Communicate effectively with construction crews, supervisors, and the public.Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.Remain alert and aware of surroundings to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers.QualificationsReliable form of transportation is required.Ability to work full time and be flexible with scheduling.Willingness to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.).Strong work ethic and commitment to reliability and punctuality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.BenefitsCompetitive salary: $21.50–$25.00 per hour, based on experience.Free uniforms.Opportunity for advancement and career development.Comprehensive ATSSA and DOT certified training and on‑job training provided.Dynamic and supportive team.Additional InformationEqual Opportunity Employer.Drug testing and background checks may be required.Work locations primarily in New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont, with future expansion throughout New England.#J-18808-Ljbffr
