The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining commercial and residential security systems, and related low‑voltage systems. The candidate must be customer‑focused, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently.ResponsibilitiesInstall, program, service, and troubleshoot residential and commercial security systems.Install and maintain intrusion alarm systems and related low‑voltage equipment.Diagnose and repair equipment, wiring, and communication issues.Complete service reports, work orders, and installation documentation accurately.Ensure all installations comply with company standards.Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project managers as needed.Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in a professional manner.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience installing and servicing security systems.Experience with both commercial and residential security systems.Knowledge on Alarm.com, DSC, Qolsys, Honeywell, Elk similar platforms is preferred.Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Valid driver's license withAbility to pass a background check.Work on ladders and physical laborPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.Ability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.Ability to crawl, kneel, and work in confined spaces when necessary.BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience.Company vehiclePaid holidays and vacation time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
