Provides exceptional customer service to customers and drivers.Responsibilities Provides excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.Responsible for carrier sourcing and development.Regularly and accurately dispatches customer-controlled freight.Responsible for verifying carriers are approved and meet all internal/external requirements.Optimize routing to be cost effective.Acts as liaison for solving driver and carrier issues.Responsible for maintaining carrier and customer base.Performs other incidental and related duties as required.Qualifications Essential Skills/ExperienceStrong experience with Microsoft OfficeCommunication with team to demonstrate & set expectations.
