Responsibilities Perform replacement of any failed video and surveillance equipment.Monitor inventory levels for the surveillance department and notify proper personnel of low stock.Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.Troubleshoot equipment failures.Troubleshoot and replace any and all related equipment without assistance.Assist in the installation, set‑up, and checkout of new equipment and other technical equipment or operations related equipment.Observe the facility via the CCTV system when not performing maintenance duties.Ensure proper installation and operation of all video and recording equipment.Answer service calls and summon a proper person if a repair cannot be made.Observe all video lottery regulations and company policies and procedures.Maintain the integrity of the operation and related equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times.Be responsible for the security of assigned keys and radio from check‑in to check‑out.Be responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly.Tag repairable parts noting appropriate information.Provide exceptional customer service.Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.Communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors and guests.Follow all relevant policies and procedures.When assigned to the CCTV monitoring room: "Patrol" the facility through the use of PTZ and fixed cameras recording all pertinent activity on the Surveillance system; log and mark video clips and file them in one of several repositories depending on the Surveillance system.Monitor the fire alarm panel and respond to fire alarms and system troubles, notifying proper persons in accordance with established procedures.Prepare daily logs of all pertinent activity; complete reports of suspicious activity and incidents in accordance with surveillance policy and procedure manual.Record questionable activity for review and possible use as evidence in court as directed.Conduct the same type of observations of the gaming areas as directed."Patrol" the facility entrances, the cashiers' cage, coin vault and count rooms.Perform other duties as assigned.Work Environment Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as scheduled.Must be able to distinguish all colors.Additional Benefits Enjoy 30 consecutive days of free rides for new hires with DART and earn reimbursements via Delaware Commute Solutions.Starting Compensation $18.50/hrThe above description denotes some of the specific characteristics which are necessary to perform the principal functions of the job and are not intended to be a description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.Bally's Dover is an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
