Repeat.Your work keeps our customers on the water and our shop running at a high level.Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on marine outboards and inboardsRig new and pre-owned units for customer deliveryInstall OEM and aftermarket parts and accessoriesPerform safety inspections and recommend servicesConduct water/lake testing when necessaryMinimize comebacks by delivering clean, accurate work the first timeIdentify upsell opportunities and generate additional revenue through quality serviceRequirementsAt least 3 years of marine tech experience (dealership preferred)Manufacturer certifications preferred (Mercury, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, MerCruiser)MMI graduate a plusStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsConfident working with mechanical, electrical, and rigging systemsDetail-oriented, dependable, and ready to hustleMust be able to work Saturdays (closed Sunday, 1 weekday off)Team player with a positive attitude—we care about cultureWhat You'll GetCompetitive base pay with $100K+ potential for A-TechsSigning bonus and relocation assistance may be availableFactory training and certification across multiple brands401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities across the Outdoor Network familyAdditional DetailsFull-time role based in Grand Prairie, TXMonday–Saturday schedule (one weekday off + Sunday)Must be able to kneel, bend, lift heavy objects, and work in shop conditionsMay require occasional overtime during peak seasons#J-18808-Ljbffr
