Duties include:Conduct patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high‑value areasMonitor and secure all access points to prevent unauthorized entryProvide excellent customer service while maintaining a visible, confident presenceWrite accurate and detailed incident reports using company softwareCommunicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisorsDe‑escalate situations calmly and respectfullyProtect company assets and maintain equipment such as radios, vehicles, and keysFollow post orders and site‑specific procedures to ensure operational excellenceQualificationsMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredHawaii State Guard Card required (must be active)Must pass a background check and drug screeningReliable transportation and a dependable device for communicationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizationPhysically able to move or lift up to 20 lbsCommitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfactionPreferred SkillsPrevious experience as a Security Guard, Security Officer, or Patrol OfficerKnowledge of loss prevention and property protection proceduresStrong situational awareness and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbout SignalAt Signal, we believe in creating peace of mind for the communities we serve.
