Location: Reisterstown Plaza, Baltimore, MDShifts Available: Part Time Day ShiftWe are currently hiring for our Baltimore location.Advanced Security Safe and Lock is a busy, family-owned company seeking a responsible part-time technician dispatcher.The duties of the dispatcher include, but are not limited to: scheduling work requests with customers and parts pickup, managing and monitoring service routes, relaying information to technicians in the field, and responding to customer inquiries.The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, be able to independently solve problems, exercise sound judgment, follow up on parts orders, and schedule job completion accordingly.
