We thrive in a team environment and are seeking extremely talented employees to contribute to our team at Freeman Jet Center.Responsibilities and DutiesGreet customers in a friendly, professional mannerProvide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as requiredInvoicing for services rendered to customers and pilotsRecord customer preferences in Freeman Jet Center CSI systemProactive preparation for all incoming aircraftProvide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concernsPartner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectationsKeep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beveragesMaintain neat work area at all times to include front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenitiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.CompetenciesCustomer focus - naturally outgoing/extrovertedCommunicate with customers and employees in person, on phone, and through radio communicationsStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office products and point of sale programsBasic mathematical knowledgeMust be able to operate a motor vehicle and be insurable by Company insurance policy (requires clean driving record)Bi-lingual preferredReporting RelationshipThis position reports to the Customer Service Manager.Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a professional environment, which may include exposure to all types of weather conditions and direct contact with both moving and non‑moving aircraft.Physical DemandsMust be able to lift 25 poundsStand to greet customers during verbal exchanges, walk throughout the facility to interact with customersPossible exposure to hazardous noise levels, chemicals, fumes, and machineryPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a non‑exempt position.
