Dispatcher

Trillium is seeking an experienced Dispatcher for a direct hire opportunity in the Fort Worth, TX area.This position is responsible for coordinating daily logistics, dispatch activity, driver/vendor communication, and customer scheduling. The ideal candidate will be organized, safety-minded, customer-focused, and able to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily, weekly, and monthly delivery and pickup schedulesDispatch drivers, vendors, and contractors based on route needs, timing, and cost efficiencyCommunicate with customers regarding scheduling, delivery status, site readiness, and service needsMonitor driver activity and update delivery schedules as neededAssist with route changes, scheduling conflicts, and service issuesCreate and receive purchase orders for transportation vendorsArrange permits, escorts, or special transportation needs when requiredEnsure required delivery, pickup, DVIR, maintenance, and safety paperwork is completed and filedSupport DOT compliance and safety expectations within the assigned territoryCommunicate with internal teams, drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time serviceAssist with general branch administrative duties as neededThis is a direct hire opportunity with a growing company offering long-term career potential and a full benefits package.RequirementsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent experienceMinimum 2 years of related work experiencePrior experience dispatching drivers, coordinating routes, or working in logistics preferredExperience supervising or directing daily assignments for employees, drivers, or vendors preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExperience with DOT compliance, ELDs, Hours of Service, permitting, or telematics preferredSalesforce, CRM, or contact management system experience preferredTrillium is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
